Submit a Claim
Please complete all required fields. Incomplete or missing information may result in delays or immediate denial of your claim.
For damaged shipments, clear photos of the item(s), original packaging, and shipping label are required, along with proof of value (receipt or invoice).
Once submitted, we will file the claim on your behalf. Carrier claims typically take up to 14 days for a decision. Claims with additional package insurance may take up to 30 days.
