These Terms and Conditions govern your use of shipitandmore.com and the services offered at our Whitesboro, Gunter, and Anna, Texas locations. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

We provide package shipping (via UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS), professional packing, private mailbox rentals, notary services, printing and copying, passport photos, key duplication, and related business services, subject to availability at each location.

Shipping

Shipping rates, transit times, and delivery guarantees are set by the carrier, not by Ship It & More, and we are not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage beyond what the carrier’s own policies provide. Customers are responsible for accurately declaring the contents and value of items shipped and for complying with all carrier restrictions on prohibited or hazardous items.

Mailbox Rentals

Private mailbox rentals require a completed USPS Form 1583 and two forms of valid identification, per federal regulation. Mailbox rental is subject to a separate rental agreement and is not a legal residential address for all purposes.

Notary Services

Our notaries act as impartial witnesses in accordance with Texas law. We cannot provide legal advice, and notarization does not constitute legal review or approval of any document.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ship It & More is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question, except where carrier insurance or other coverage applies.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
